In the news today....

7-9-08 The Show Syndicate has been very busy lately. We have completed a number of shows in the past few months for our normal customers and added a few new ones. For Bravo! this year we took technology to a whole new level by providing an entirely LED lighting package and used Element Labs VersaTubes on the set. The entire lighting package and the LEDs on the set drew a total og 19.5 amps. Talk about a lot of bang for the buck. It was another step on The Show Syndicate’s road toward a “greener” industry. 12-14-07 Jingle Ball!! The Show Syndicate has just finished work on the KDWB Jingle Ball 2007. We have been super exited about this show since September when we started working on the design for the show. After a number of changes we finally decided on a unique angled vertical truss rig with 3 12’x8’ art screens and 2 15’x20’ main screens. Lighting consisted of 16 moving lights, a 60K par rig and 28 4’ ColorBlaze LED strip lights. It looked AWESOME!! The artist lineup changed dramatically the week of the show with the loss of Kanye West as headliner, but the folks at Live Nation scrambled and finally the lineup consisted of Minnesota;s Finest, Blake Lewis, Fabolous, Jordin Sparks, Good Charlotte, Avril Lavign, and Timbaland. 11-11-07 HUGE NEWS!!! The Show Syndicate has moved! After 3 successful years at our East Hennepin location we decided that we needed more space (and a dock). So, we are now renting space from InSync Show Productions at their new Twin Cities location in Mendota Heights, MN. This has been a great opportunity for us and we love our new space. 9-24-07 More Shows! The Show Syndicate has just finished a number of shows. First we provided Audio Video and Lighting for Vertical Video’s production of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Awards at the Milwaukee Depot in Minneapolis (pics). The next day we providing lighting for Multi-Martial Arts at The Target Center (pics). Both shows looked great and went off without a hitch. (If you don’t count the shot fired at Target Center during the event)

8-28-07 More GEAR!! The Show Syndicate has been busy buying new equipment lately. The newest additions include a Fast Forward Video dual channel DDR with 8” Hi-res touch screen preview monitors, Audio Technica wireless microphones, and an SGM Pilot 3000 moving light console. 7-17-07 The Show Syndicate has completed a number of shows lately. We provided lighting for yet another boxing event - this time at Roy Wilkins Auditoreum. We also provided lighting for Jeff Foxworthy at Target Center. Most recently we worked with InSync Show Productions on Aveda Global Sales Conference. We provided lighting and video at the State Theatre in Minneapolis. Check out the pics.

5-23-07 The Show Syndicate has just completed work on Best Buy Bravo Awards. This is the third year we have worked on this show for Escena Productions and the event went spectacularly well. Chris used LED lighting fixtures to light the set which worked beautifully. Don’t believe me? Check out the pics.

5-16-07 The Show Syndicate has just finished a pair of events for Slang Productions. The CTEI Awards and the Marketing Awards were both for 3M and were both a resounding success. After growing tired of hefting all of our gear into the van we have added a 14’ cube van to the fleet. Check it out here.

4-23-07 Lots of news today... The Show Syndicate is back from the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center where we provided lighting graphics and projection for the 2007 E-Free Youth Conference. We have done video on this show for years but this was the first time The Show Syndicate was contracted to provide lighting as well. The show went beautifully, check out the pics.
